In today's soccer landscape the club registrar is one of the most difficult positions to fill. Each state organization requires the registration of every player and coach. Coordinating the effort is taxing for any club and being able to afford a registrar can be difficult for clubs. At Promoted Soccer Consultants we can take over your club registration. You form the teams, and we take care of the rest. Prices may vary based on club size but are negotiable.
Many clubs have leadership roles but many leaders are part-time or volunteers. At Promoted Soccer Consultants we will take care of overseeing the development of players, coaches, and coaching programs. Practice plans will be created at each age group based on club ideology, Individual Development Plans will be created for every player and coach. Key Performance Indicators will be created to show player, coach, team, and overall club progress
Recruiting, assigning, managing, and evaluating staff, including coaches, trainers, and players. Create player development plans for all teams and ages. Coordinate training curriculum for coaching staff and help create programs for all levels of play. Conduct clinics for recreation coaches, and educate club members and coaches about college recruiting
One of the most difficult aspects of any business is transitioning roles and responsibilities during a leadership change. At Promoted Soccer Consultants we will work with clubs to document the work of leadership and mentor the incoming candidate while they settle into their new role.
We would create or take over your social media presence to create a higher engagement and presence among the soccer community in your area. We would promote your clubs' accomplishments and generate excitement among your local soccer community.
